  Ayurveda herbal body treatment for Detoxification Body Mind and Spirit 

This healing treatment is done on the massage table with herbal oil massaged over the body, next a steam tent covers the body while the Ayurveda SHRODARASHI Treatment is done on the third eye crown and hair & head massage.

Next, you will go in the infrared sauna for another 30 minutes and end with shower, lemon water and herbal detox tea       

 for a deep cleansing relaxation balancing of all three Doshas Vata, Pitta, Kalpa.

 Deep Cleanse and Relaxation for overall healing and rejuvenation 

This 1 hour treatment  begins on the massage table with herbal body wrap you be wrapped for 30 minutes while having a deep cleansing facial next you spend 30  minutes on the massage table with Ayurveda stream tent to further cleanse.

End your treatment with shower and lemon water and detox teas. Relax in robe and slippers in your private meditation tent until your ready to transition.

 Package Includes: Infrared Sauna with salt walls and color therapy. While in the sauna you will do Foot Soak/Scrub, you will be given slippers to transition out of the Sauna into the Healing Temple    Next you will lay on a massage mat with heat to relax and calm the nervous system   

 Foot Booties will be placed on your feet to moisturized, & rejuvenate the Feet.

 Your feet will be elevate on the Chi Machine with a rocking motions for healthy cleanse to body, mind. You will relax in this treatment with red light therapy on for about 25 minutes  Practitioner will come and remove the chi machine and the booties and use hot stone to massage feet and leg.
